Returns & Exchanges

Due to the highly collectible and limited nature of our inventory, all sales are generally final. However, we understand that unique situations happen. We handle exceptions on a case-by-case basis under the following terms:

  • Timeframe: You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return.

  • Condition: Items must be returned in the exact condition they were received (unopened, undamaged blister/card).

  • Process: Prior approval is strictly required before shipping any items back. To help us evaluate your request, we may ask for multiple photos of the item and packaging.

  • Fees & Costs: Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs (both the original shipping and the return shipping). A 12% restocking fee will be deducted from the final refund amount.

Order Cancellations

Please review your order carefully before submitting. Cancellations cannot be processed once an order is ready for shipment.
